Transparency
The Legislative Yuan is examining legislation that would tape all inter-party negotiation sessions to make them more transparent.
I'm still waiting for my dedicated cable channel for committee meetings and floor sessions. Helloooooo C-SPAN!

I was just wishing for a "T-SPAN"! Even though the "C" in the original stands for "cable," I don't like it as an initial for things domestic.
What we need here is for the legislative proceedings to go out LIVE on T-SPAN.
