It appears to be a done deal. Zhan Qi-xian (I suppose it's OK to use Hanyu pinyin from here on out) is supposed be vice premier. Hmmm. a diplomat (Sieuw), a chemist (Zhao), and a doctor (Zhan) running the CEO-business-finance cabinet.
