Holo Taiwanese

The web page that was hosting the Ministry of Education's announcements related to Holo Taiwanese is currently down.

That's a good sign as it should indicate preparations to post entire second group of proposed standardized characters for all future Taiwanese textbooks and writing.

As far as I know, the MOE never released the new CD with updated subtitles for the 50 most popular Taiwanese songs. And they may not get any time to do so.
