'Arms found' in China monasteries

So says this BBC report, quoting Xinhua.

How likely is this? It seems to me like a plan to get the Tibetan activists classified or at least treated the same way as Xinjiang separatists -- that is, as terrorists.

    completely agree. I'm sure the arms miraculously appeared after the Chinese military arrived.
