I guess the KMT were getting desperate - I thought they'd crack. Of course they'll look somewhat stupid for keeping this saga running so long and then doing exactly what they said they couldn't (have the budget voted on before the CEC bill).
That's weird, the China Post said Thursday. According to it, the last two days of the week will have votes on a range of bills, with the budget toping the list (CEC bill down as the 10th item of the day).
